As shown above is 'Ellie Goulding' website, at the very top of the page their is a tool bar in which enables us as the viewer to "share" and "like" her page through the means of social networking, In which allows the artist to spread her page viral in order to attract a broad audience. In addition, the page has links to other pages on the site such as "News" "Live etc. 

Further down the "Home"  page, Ellie has provided the viewer with latest updates of her everyday doings, in which allows her as an artist to keep her fans updated, whilst maintaining that bond between her and her fans! She uses pictures and tweets to appeal to her fans.

In the "News" link Ellie provides her fans with upcoming events such as signings, gigs, and TV shows in which  Ellie makes an appearance.

In addition Ellie has provided a link to "Store" on her homepage in which enables her fans to purchase her latest albums/singles, in which helps to maintain a profit due to the decline in store sales as consumers can now access and download their music for free.

Yet again another link Ellie has provided on her homepage is a link to "Live" in which shows upcoming concerts in which she will be staged. There are also links in which allows consumers to buy tickets, this is yet another way of making profit due to the rapid decline in store sales.

Ellie Goulding' Official webpage allows her as a solo female artist, to keep her fans updated and provides her with a means of promoting her USP through the means of posting her latest tweets and pictures, in which provides viewers with a sense of who she is and what she likes doing. This again helps to create that bond between the artist and the fans.
