PLANNING:Inspiration for our music video number 1

What I like about the intro of Pink's video Blow me one last kiss is the picnic scene of the two lovers. We are planning to incorporating a picnic scene in our music video to represent the relationship of the artist and her love interest. What I most like about it, is the shot types and the shot reverse shots as we go back and forth to convey their facial expression to the audience to express their on screen romance. Furthermore, the close ups on the artist and her lover makes it seem so intimate, therefore it looks like there is a real romantic connection between the two and that's what we want in our music video, if we can't manage to tell love story to the audience we are not fulfilling our concept or our brief of frustrating love can be.  therefore we wont be targeting our audience of young teenage girls ageing from 14-17 year old that our frustrated by love and our wider of audience that our into romance, chick-flicks or chick licks.
An establishing shot of them two having a Picnic  Look at the body language between the two, they choose that there is chemistry between the two. It sets the mood and atmosphere. Furthermore, since it's the first shot, the audience are aware of what to expect.

The shot reverse shot of Pink and her lover, as you can see it is close up and that it shows intimacy between the pair.

The props in this music video is used to a minimum, due to the fact that the, we, the audience, can't see it. However we will be using props for our music video to set the atmosphere.
The wine glass as the prop.

The effects added during the post production of this music video is that there is black and white effect to make seem old, we are not going for that as we want to capture the young audience and we want to make seem that young love is still alive and worth having.
